How do I find you?

We’re located at 1920 Wellock Rd in Estevan, Saskatchewan - on the corner of Wellock Road and Souris Ave (across from the Estevan Regional Nursing Home)

 

What are your office hours?

Monday / 9:00-12:00 PM

Tuesday – Friday / 9:00-3:00 PM 

 

What time is your Sunday morning service?

We start at 10:30 AM.

 

What’s your church service like?

We say, “we’re a loud, happy church”! We have warm greeters at the door to answer any questions you might have. The music is professional-level and the songs are contemporary, focused on God’s care for us. The pastor talks about things that matter to everyone in everyday life… and he’s pretty funny! And we always give the opportunity for people to receive prayer at the end of each service. If you don’t have a bible, don’t sweat it – everything is on the screen to easily follow along. Church usually is over by noon

What happens when I arrive?

You’ll be greeted at the main doors. Coffee is available on your left (which you can bring into the service), and the sanctuary (main auditorium) is straight ahead. If you have children, our greeters will help you get them connected with our Children’s Ministry leaders. We’re pretty casual people, so come as you are!

 

Do you take an offering?

While we give opportunity to financially participate in the ministries of our church at our giving stations, we do not take a formal, pass-the-plate offering.

 

Do you have a children’s program?

Absolutely! Our kids program runs concurrently with the morning worship service. It’s exciting, safe, with great lessons every week. Btw, our volunteers must pass a police background check. 

Do you have other programs?

Tuesday mornings, we offer a Ladies Faith & Fitness Class @ 10 am. This is in the gymnasium and usually consists of a bit of exercise, either walking or stretching to Christian music and a short devotional. Check calendar for dates. 

We offer a Ladies bible study every Tuesday at 1 pm. Everyone is welcome. Check calendar for dates.

Emotions Anonymous happens Tuesday evenings at 7:30 pm in the Living Room Fellowship Hall. 

Once a month at 7 pm in the Living Room Fellowship Hall, there is an Empty Chair support group meeting for parents who have lost a child of any age. Check calendar for dates.

On Wednesdays @ 10 am, the seniors get together for coffee, games and chit chat in the Living Room Fellowship Hall. Everyone is welcome.

On Thursdays at 12 pm, there is prayer stations set up in the Sanctuary for anyone who wants to come for prayer. 

We offer a Know & Grow Class on Thursdays at 7 pm in the Living Room Fellowship Hall. This class is for anyone who is new to faith or wanting to freshen up their faith. Everyone is welcome. 

On Sundays @ 6 pm, our Youth Ministry get together for an activity and a devotional in the Youth Room. All youth are welcome. 

 

Can I make an appointment to meet with the pastor?

Absolutely! John keeps an open-door policy throughout the week, but just to be safe, we encourage you to call ahead to main office (306.634.7955).
